Return Policy:
Textbooks
1) Textbook returns are only allowed for dropped classes.
2) You must have your sales receipt, credit card receipt or student charge receipt AND drop slip for any return.
3) A new book that is in less than new condition cannot be returned for a full refund. This includes any high-lighting or writing. The book will be refunded at a used price.
4) 25% restock fee on returned textbooks after the first two weeks of fall and spring semesters.
General Merchandise
You must have your sales receipt and credit card receipt when applicable. No refunds on clearance items.
Text Book Adoption Policy:
Click on the link below to download the Textbook adoption form. Please follow these 3 steps:
Open the file and fill it out using Microsoft Word. Your tab key works great to work your way through the form.
When you are finished, use the "Save as" function. Name the file with three words: "textbook", your course number, and the term. For example,
"Textbook POLS320 Fall02". This helps us to organize your request.
